When using a virtual earth connected to ⑤, should the Ground Switch (④) be set to UP (AC ground disconnected) or DOWN (AC ground connected)? 2. If ④ is set to UP, is the chassis completely isolated from the AC protective earth (PE)? Is there any safety concern? 3.
